Help!!! Ever since returning from our trip I have no motivation to do anything! I finally have time to do scrapbooking, go to the gym, learn and make new recipes, go running, do something new and creative, and I don't seem to "feel" like doing any of it. I'm just wasting time doing nothing and getting sucked into episodes of Wife Swap...many that I've already seen! How do I get rid of this case of the lazies?

Make a to do list and slowly start doing stuff on the list. I love the feeling of crossing off stuff. Maybe only let yourself watch wife swap once you've done some of your to do's. Or better yet scrapbook while you watch wife swap!
I agree--start slowly. Pick one thing and start there. Scrapbooking while watching wife swap is a great idea. Take a walk instead of a run. You'll probably feel like running soon!
Why try to get rid of it? Embrace the lazy! Ask Ryan, I'm the king.
And if you're still trying to snap out of it, wake up crazy early (like 5am) and work out. It leaves me tired enough to nap, but then I'm too restless to sit around.
You deserve to be a little lazy. I loved loved loved your photos. What a fun trip. Can't wait to see you this weekend.
