So, Ryan wanted to keep things low key for his birthday this year. We didn't do a big party or anything. Instead, I made him a yummy dinner of his choosing. I went the extra mile and made stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and his Uncle Steve's famous Carrot Cake for dessert. To add a little flare though, I used trick candles on his cake. They were the best trick candles I've ever seen. They WOULD NOT go out! It was pretty funny. Even though this is about a month late, Happy Birthday to the love of my life. He makes every day better, and I can't imagine a better man for me. He is an amazing Dad and Justin lights up every night when he sees him. I love you lots and lots Ry Guy!
