Sacramento Train Museum

"Lo?!"

At the end of November we met our friends, the McMillans, at the Train Museum in Sacramento. It is a really cool museum full of real trains that the kids can climb into. Justin had a great time running around and exploring the trains. I'm sure we will be going back several times over the next few years, it is the perfect morning outing, especially for a little boy! They had a row of telephones that gave information about some of the trains and Justin thought that was particularly entertaining to collect as many as he could and call "Lo?" {hello} into them. Because it is the holiday season, we happened to go when there were several miniature train collectors there with their old electric train sets all set up. It reminded me of my Grandpa Bob and the train he used to have going around his tree when I was little. Someday I'd like to have one too.
